Camp Dates:

Friday January 15, 2010 to Monday January 18, 2010 (Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend)

Camp check in begins on Friday January 15 at 5:30PM. Dinner is not provided for Friday night. Camp ends on Monday, January 18. Parents pick-up at 12 noon.

Registration Dates & Costs:

Early Bird $145 - Register by Dec 5, 2009.
Regular registration $170 - Register by Dec 31, 2009.
Late registration $195 - Register by Jan 1, 2010 and after.

Payment must be received within 10 days of registration, or the registration will be cancelled.

Bus Information:

Please take the bus if you can!

If you live in Southern California, please consider taking the bus. We make the bus available so students who might not have transportation can still attend. The bus company charges us a fixed rate regardless of how many passengers ride the bus. If the bus goes up only half full (which has happened in the past), we incur a significant financial loss. Please help us out by taking the bus if you can.

Round-Trip bus ride is $50.
One-Way bus ride is $33.

You can register for camp now and then register for the bus later.

Dinner is not provided for Friday night. Please bring money to purchase dinner on the way to camp.

Payment Information and Parent Release

We accept check payments only.

Checks should be made out to: West LA Holiness Church

Payments should be mailed to:

Parent Release forms must also be signed and mailed in. When you register, you will see a confirmation page with the parent release form. Print this, sign it, and mail it in with your payment. We must have the parent release form to accept registration.

Once we receive the payment and parent release form, we will send you a confirmation email guaranteeing your spot in camp.

Refunds

Camp Refunds

Cancellations will not be refunded after Jan 8, 2010. No-shows will not be refunded. All cancellations before Jan 8, 2010 will be charged a processing fee of $25.

Bus Refunds

Bus cancellations will not be refunded after Dec 31, 2009. No-shows will not be refunded. All cancellations before Dec 31, 2009 will be charged a processing fee of $10.
